Richard Onyonka is a Kenyan politician who has represented Kisii County constituents in Parliament across three terms and two different chambers. He was first elected to the National Assembly in 2007 to represent Kitutu Chache South, initially aligned with the People's Democratic Party, before moving through the Orange Democratic Movement and later the Forum for Restoration of Democracy-Kenya, retaining the seat in the August 2017 election.
