Swarup Ranjan Mishra is an Indian-born Kenyan doctor, entrepreneur, and politician who represented Kesses constituency in Uasin Gishu County in the National Assembly from 2017 to 2022, serving a single term in the 12th Parliament on the Jubilee Party ticket. Alongside his political career he is a practicing gynaecologist and the founder and chairman of the Mediheal Group of Hospitals, one of Kenya's prominent private healthcare chains. During his tenure he served on a Departmental committee. His path combined a career in medicine and healthcare entrepreneurship with a single term of elected office representing Kesses's constituents.
